Dog Boarding Hours
At Paws and Claws Club, we prioritize your pet’s safety with our round-the-clock staffing. Our office hours for dog boarding check-ins and check-outs are:
– Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
– Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
If your dog is not picked up by closing time, they will be cared for another night at the same boarding rate. Please note that our office is closed on major holidays, and no drop-offs or pickups will be accepted unless otherwise arranged.
Food, Bedding & Toys
Food: Please bring your dog’s food from home, portioned and labeled with feeding instructions. If necessary, Paws and Claws Club food is available for $5 per day.
– Bedding: We provide soft, vet-grade fleece bedding that is appropriately sized for our dens and easy to clean. Please refrain from bringing bedding from home.
– Toys: Feel free to bring a favorite toy or bone for your dog’s stay. For safety reasons, we do not allow rawhide. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items.
Health Requirements
– Vaccinations: Dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Canine Influenza, and have an annual negative fecal test.
– Age & Health: Dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age with two sets of puppy vaccinations. They should be in generally good health, clean, and free of mats. We also require dogs to be free of pests and on a flea and tick prevention program.
– Documentation: A signed contract and payment information must be on file. Dogs arriving with fleas/ticks or in need of a bath will be treated/bathed at the owner’s expense.
